wholesaler, distributor and manufacturing plant.
We create devastatingly delicious Cakes,
Gateaux's, Puff Pastries (sweet and savoury), Crepes (sweet and
savoury), Catering size Fruit and Savoury Pies, Cheesecakes and a
Large range of Desserts and Small goods.
The types of processing include mixing, forming, filling, baking and
packaging of our products.
Northern Foods (1991) LTD. supplies Nationwide to
various wholesalers and caterers.
The company currently operates with twelve staff
each day (peak season), five to seven days per week.
Food safety is considered an integral part of
Northern Foods (1991) LTD. operations and as such the company has
taken a pro-active approach towards ensuring safe food is produced.
